Make Music Day 21st June

BLIND CLUB CONCERT

Tuesday 9th July 2019 in the Friendship Hall, Cawston Road, Aylsham

This is an opportunity for the choir to give something back to the community that supports us and are therefore very pleased to have been invited to perform to this group.

SING FOR SHELTER

We’re taking part in the UK wide campaign to raise awareness and funds for the homeless by joining with choirs from all over the country to sing “A Place to Call Home” written specifically for SHELTER.  The choir will be travelling down to London to perform and record this song with a vast number of other choirs in September.

SATURDAY                 30th November 2019

  “A Victorian Christmas Celebration”

It seems wrong to be talking about Christmas in the Summer, but nonetheless that’s when our next concert will be. We’re moving venues, from the Parish Church to the Town Hall, for this concert and we’re hoping this will fuel your imagination and you’ll consider dressing up in period costume to make this event really special. Obviously if dressing up is not for you, you’ll still be very welcome to attend. There will be our usual blend of  choir, solo’s and other musical items, together with historical anecdotes about Aylsham’s Victorians, but be prepared for a good old singalong for full audience participation.

We hope you will join us.

Tickets £8.00 from JB Postle & Son, 32 Market Place, Aylsham

or Caroline 01263 731170

7.30pm Aylsham Town Hall (Please note new venue)

Our Charity for this evening is yet to be determined.
